Sindulfo Sadiel G\u00f3mez Rojas, especialista del Laboratorio de Microbiolog\u00eda, comparti\u00f3 con los miembros del colectivo su tesis para optar al t\u00edtulo de Licenciado&nbsp; en Biolog\u00eda&nbsp; con menci\u00f3n&nbsp; en Administraci\u00f3n&nbsp; de Recursos&nbsp; Naturales titulado \u201cTransporte microbiano en experimentos de columna de suelos arcilloso y arenoso enriquecidos con t\u00e9 de compost aireado\u201d. El objetivo general del estudio fue el evaluar&nbsp; el&nbsp; transporte&nbsp; espacial&nbsp; y&nbsp; temporal&nbsp; de&nbsp; t\u00e9&nbsp; de&nbsp; compost&nbsp; aireado&nbsp; en&nbsp; experimentos&nbsp; de columna&nbsp; de&nbsp; dos&nbsp; tipos&nbsp; de suelos&nbsp; enriquecidos usando bio-indicadores directos e indirectos de calidad microbiol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La conclusi\u00f3n principal del estudio fue que las&nbsp; t\u00e9cnicas&nbsp; de&nbsp; an\u00e1lisis&nbsp; directo fueron&nbsp; aplicadas&nbsp; efectivamente&nbsp; y&nbsp; permitieron&nbsp; evaluar&nbsp; el transporte del t\u00e9 de compost&nbsp; aireado&nbsp; y la calidad microbiol\u00f3gica de los estratos de los dos tipos de suelo enriquecidos en estudio y la distribuci\u00f3n espacial (vertical) de la mayor\u00eda de los indicadores&nbsp; microbiol\u00f3gicos utilizados&nbsp; (bacterias&nbsp; totales,&nbsp; bacterias&nbsp; heter\u00f3trofas,&nbsp; levaduras&nbsp; y&nbsp; hongos)&nbsp; muestran que&nbsp; los&nbsp; micro-organismos&nbsp; pueden&nbsp; viajar&nbsp; hasta&nbsp; 30&nbsp; cm&nbsp; con&nbsp; densidades&nbsp; mayores generalmente detectadas en los primeros 10 cm. La implicaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica de \u00e9stos hallazgos es que la aplicaci\u00f3n del t\u00e9 de compost aireado deber\u00e1 ser diferente dependiendo de la textura del suelo para garantizar que haya una mejor distribuci\u00f3n de los micro-organismos y de las enzimas deshidrogenasas que&nbsp; aseguren&nbsp; una&nbsp; mayor&nbsp; actividad&nbsp; microbiana&nbsp; e&nbsp; intensidad&nbsp; del&nbsp; metabolismo microbiano&nbsp; redox&nbsp; en los estratos de inter\u00e9s del suelo&nbsp; ya sea para aplicaciones de fertilidad como de biorremediaci\u00f3n de suelos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente el Lic. El objetivo general del estudio fue el evaluar&nbsp; el&nbsp; transporte&nbsp; espacial&nbsp; y&nbsp; temporal&nbsp; de&nbsp; t\u00e9&nbsp; de&nbsp; compost&nbsp; aireado&nbsp; en&nbsp; experimentos&nbsp; de columna&nbsp; de&nbsp; dos&nbsp; tipos&nbsp; de suelos&nbsp; enriquecidos usando bio-indicadores directos e indirectos de calidad microbiol\u00f3gica. La conclusi\u00f3n principal del estudio fue que las&nbsp; t\u00e9cnicas&nbsp; de&nbsp; an\u00e1lisis&nbsp; directo fueron&nbsp; aplicadas&nbsp; efectivamente&nbsp; y&nbsp; permitieron&nbsp; evaluar&nbsp; el transporte del t\u00e9 de compost&nbsp; aireado&nbsp; y la calidad microbiol\u00f3gica de los estratos de los dos tipos de suelo enriquecidos en estudio y la distribuci\u00f3n espacial (vertical) de la mayor\u00eda de los indicadores&nbsp; microbiol\u00f3gicos utilizados&nbsp; (bacterias&nbsp; totales,&nbsp; bacterias&nbsp; heter\u00f3trofas,&nbsp; levaduras&nbsp; y&nbsp; hongos)&nbsp; muestran que&nbsp; los&nbsp; micro-organismos&nbsp; pueden&nbsp; viajar&nbsp; hasta&nbsp; 30&nbsp; cm&nbsp; con&nbsp; densidades&nbsp; mayores generalmente detectadas en los primeros 10 cm. La implicaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica de \u00e9stos hallazgos es que la aplicaci\u00f3n del t\u00e9 de compost aireado deber\u00e1 ser diferente dependiendo de la textura del suelo para garantizar que haya una mejor distribuci\u00f3n de los micro-organismos y de las enzimas deshidrogenasas que&nbsp; aseguren&nbsp; una&nbsp; mayor&nbsp; actividad&nbsp; microbiana&nbsp; e&nbsp; intensidad&nbsp; del&nbsp; metabolismo microbiano&nbsp; redox&nbsp; en los estratos de inter\u00e9s del suelo&nbsp; ya sea para aplicaciones de fertilidad como de biorremediaci\u00f3n de suelos.
